Appointment deposit

キャンセルまたは予約変更
予約をキャンセルする場合は、必ず電話でスタッフとお話しください。

7日前以降であれば、1回に限りペナルティなしで予約を変更することができます。
予約の変更やキャンセルは、7日前までにご連絡ください。
時間厳守
ご予約時間の15分前にお越しください。
15分以上遅れた場合は、施術がキャンセルされ、100ドルの保証金が没収されます。
健康保険証
予約時に健康保険証をお持ちください。

18歳以上の方1名を同行させることができます。
お子様
お子様の安全および他の患者様の快適性のため、当施設へのお子様の入場はお断りしております。
携帯電話・喫煙
携帯電話は施設内では電源を切っていただく必要があります。 また、施設内は禁煙となっております。
